Fundraising & Communications Manager -

Root Cause Farm is looking for a Fundraising & Communications Manager to join its team this fall.

This part-time, hybrid position (15-20 hours weekly, $24.10-$25/hour) will shape how RCF connects with donors, volunteers, and the wider community. Responsibilities include leading grant writing efforts, building out annual fundraising campaigns, managing social media and the farm's newsletter, and planning signature events like Fairview Farm Fridays and RCF's Annual Fundraiser. The role reports directly to the Executive Director, with a start date of November 2, 2026.

RCF offers no-cost farm-fresh produce, paid federal holidays, and 10 paid personal days each year. Candidates with a background in nonprofit fundraising, communications, or marketing, along with strong writing skills and a love of community-centered work, are encouraged to apply.
